Cancellations

 

Client may cancel an Agreement for any reason by providing a minimum of 7 days written notice to Studio. Cancellation of Agreement by Client will not extinguish Client’s obligation to pay the fee specified through the last day of performance or the 30th day after notice is provided, whichever comes later. In the event Client cancels an Agreement, Client will also remain obligated to pay all pre-approved expenses incurred by Studio on Client’s behalf through the last day of performance or the 30th day after notice is provided, whichever comes later. Studio may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to Client.

Client’s failure to attend session or excessive lateness at session will result in cancellation of this Agreement at the Studio’s sole discretion.
