All images, video, digital images, photographs, and prints (“Images”) produced by the Studio are original works of authorship protected by the United States Copyright Act.  Studio owns the copyright in and all intellectual property rights to all of the Images, and reserves the right to to exploit the intellectual property rights for display, publication, advertising or other purposes. Upon receipt of final payment, Client is granted a non-exclusive unlimited license to use the Images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
